The AJAX Anywhere extension is a component and module that work together to allow a user to refresh any Joomla! module at a given time interval using AJAX calls without reloading the entire page.
This plugin was originally requested on the Joomla! Forums by both Makoto and allendover1. Makoto wanted to use it to refresh his chat who's online module and allendover1 wanted it to be able to refresh a banner module.
